Instructions

  1. Review the article "Professional Communication: How’s Your EQ?"
  2. Take the Emotional Intelligence Test (also linked at the bottom of the article).
  3. After completing the Emotional Intelligence Test, read the follow-up article: "Habits of Emotionally Intelligent People."

Initial Post

In your initial post, share in what area(s) you think you can improve your emotional intelligence and how you will make the improvement(s).

Please avoid using ANY identifiers in all assignments. This includes, and is not limited to, those covered by HIPAA, coworker/colleague identifiers, employment identifiers etc.

Replies

Reply to at least two of your classmates. In your reply posts, in a well-developed paragraph (300–350 words to each peer), provide your peers with feedback on their identified strategies for improving emotional intelligence. Are you able to identify more strategies for improving emotional intelligence for your peer?
